Road Map to mental health
Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps to determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make healthy choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.

Instead of making it big deal we should encourage talking about mental health and normalised visit psychiatrist if needed
Stop tagging person as dramebaaz, attention seeker, Moody who are struggling with mental health issues and start listening them and support them
Make friendly environment around ourselves so that person truly share things what's he/ she is feeling and going through
If anyone shares something about their poor mental health, listen to them carefully and encourage them to visit a Doctor instead saying ' tu jayada soch raha' , ' sab kuch thik ho jayega', ' depression vepression kuch nhi hota' .
