Breastfeeding Awarenes

First week of August is celebrated as breastfeeding week all over the globe. This year of 2022 was celebrated with the theme "educate and support". A wonderful skit was prepared by the team and all the aspects and challenges related to the topic.

Our team moved to UHTC and RHTC in palanpur. Also the skit was performed by our team in a educational seminar by pediatric department at Banas Medical College and Research Institute.

The skit and the education provided along was a boon for many mothers in the rural and urban deprived regions. Education regarding the procedure of feeding, time interval, position of baby, burping method by WHO and demerits of bottle feeding were highlighted.

The program had more than 100 beneficiaries and all of them were satisfied with the content as everything was done in regional language and with precise discription.
