Sparsh Healthcare working on Menstrual hygiene awareness campaign with great vigour and bringing the change in life of many women and girls.
Menstrual hygiene awareness, our next destination which we are currently working on is an initiative to educate the women with hygiene tips and also enlighten the Indian society by breaking taboos related to this topic. The reason our team chose this subject is because the fragile topic concerning the well being of women is kept mum by many people of the society and also talking about it is labelled shameful. We want to raise our voice to break the barriers of silence and shame. Our aims for this project are higher than ever. We wish to reach a minimum of 10,000 women. Also breaking the taboos related to the topic is a priority.
Every big plan has it's own challanges on the way. Our limitations being we are Medical students and our focus can not be deviated from that path too. Studies and all the other educational coping up slowed us for some months but we didn't stop.A come back was made by our team with a major issue of women health.
